McMines – Launay (Abitibi)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Permanent position – Full time <\/b><\/p>\n

McMines is looking for a customer service agent to support its inside sales team and ensure efficient customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will be a key point of contact for our customers: managing calls and emails, entering orders and quotes, following up and supporting representatives. This role is directly linked to internal sales operations and contributes to the smooth day-to-day running of the team. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What you’ll do:<\/b><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Answer customer calls and emails (French and English).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Confirm and enter orders in the system (Acomba, Excel and other tools).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and enter simple bids.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow-up with customers and suppliers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support representatives in preparing and processing files.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    What we’re looking for:<\/b><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Relevant customer service experience.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bilingualism essential (French and English, spoken and written).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with IT tools (Acomba, Excel or similar software).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Thoroughness, organizational skills and ability to handle several requests simultaneously.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Initiative and professionalism in communications.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
