Permanent position – Full time
McMines is looking for a customer service agent to support its inside sales team and ensure efficient customer service.
You will be a key point of contact for our customers: managing calls and emails, entering orders and quotes, following up and supporting representatives. This role is directly linked to internal sales operations and contributes to the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
What you’ll do:
- Answer customer calls and emails (French and English).
- Confirm and enter orders in the system (Acomba, Excel and other tools).
- Prepare and enter simple bids.
- Follow-up with customers and suppliers.
- Support representatives in preparing and processing files.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Bilingualism essential (French and English, spoken and written).
- Proficiency with IT tools (Acomba, Excel or similar software).
- Thoroughness, organizational skills and ability to handle several requests simultaneously.
- Initiative and professionalism in communications.

- Starting salary from $50,000 depending on experience.
